Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Non-returnable items: Customized items, items on sale, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@tailwaves.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond with return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Please pack the item securely and provide us with the tracking number once shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@tailwaves.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or a full refund as appropriate.
