Return & Refund Policy – Tail Waves

At Tail Waves, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Non-returnable items: Customized items, items on sale, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at support@tailwaves.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will respond with return instructions and the return shipping address.
  • Please pack the item securely and provide us with the tracking number once shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@tailwaves.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or a full refund as appropriate.
